Mrs Sabre 1 Posted February 15, 2006 I went to pick up my records from Dr. Kuwada's, and they will only give me his records. I'll have to request copies of my psych & nutrition evals, and office notes and referral letter from my PCP all over again! ARRGH! The Good News is that if I can get it all together quickly, Dr. Volleinger can see me on Tuesday! Please say a prayer for me; I'd like to have a band before we meet for lunch in March.
