JinTx 19 Posted December 26, 2011 Prebanding I did p90x for about 3 wks. I did it consistently, worked out daily as suggested by the guide that came with the dvds. It really just got too time consuming. I think the key for me is not to just do one thing. I have access to a treadmill at home and can get a guest pass at my moms gym anytime i want. My question is--i want to incorporate p90x into my workout but i dont want to do it daily, but how often & which dvds should i do to still see results? On the days i dont do p90x i would so another form of exercise. Or would it be best to just do 12 wks of only p90x? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
