Cannot Update My Personal Data....help Please?

Hi there,

I cannot seem to be able to SAVE my personal data. I have entered much information but when I look it up, it's not there.

I've written my story, entered my weight, etc, even my birthday...but when it's time to save, my information does not save. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Me too. I want to change my photo as I have hit my goal weight. It shows my new photo but it doesn't update my avatar. Bummer!

Install Firefox, It will work on everything.

I was given this advice. Tried it, and it worked !

So I'm passing it on.

Thanks. Just had my techie husband look at it and he couldn't figure it out either. I'll ask him about firefox.

Yeah, I'm having similar issues and running Safari. I'll try it with Firefox and post back if it works. (fingers crossed!)

Tried it, no dice. All my information is saved, it just doesn't show up on my profile. The only thing that shows up is my age and birthdate. Hopefully they will fix this soon...

Sorry about this issue. It has nothing to do with the browser you're using. Our developers are working on it and I'll update this thread once it's resolved.

Sorry, but I still cannot do it. I can go and edit my profile, save changes, but when I check my profile it states I have not entered any information yet. But if I go back to my settings, it does show as being there.
