One Month Post Lap Band Surgery

Where were most of you by one month post -op as far as eating and weight loss!

I was down 30lbs or so, 15 of that was preop.

I was down 42lbs with no pre op diet and just starting on regular food. My first six months I lost weight really fast but then it went to a snail pace for sure

Between my surgery date and 1 month post op appt I lost about 10 pounds. I was just starting to eat regular foods. On my one month bandiversary we went to an amusement park and ate a raw carrot. I didnt chew well and slimed like crazy. I have not eaten a raw carrot since, even though i know my lack of chewing caused it. Lol. I was just starting to get my energy level back.
