Breast Reduction/lapband

I am having breast reduction surgery on tuesday will having this surgery affect my band in any way? I know my appetite won't be the best for the first few days after surgery so I was wondering if I should just do like Protein Shakes. Hoping someone can give me a little advice on this subject. It's been 10 years since I had my reduction and I didn't have the band at the time. But based on my recollection of recovery the Protein Shakes will be good. You won't have much of an appetite for a few days. I wish you the best on your surgery. You will be thrilled with the outcome.

Hi I was wondering how are you doing after your breast reduction? I've been banded for six months now and for the first time I'm considering the possibility of having a lift and breast reduction. And I think I would be good to know from someone with the band.
