alveyk 0 Posted December 8, 2011 I had lap band surgery in July of 2010. It has been pretty uneventful until now. The past few days I have had pressure in my upper chest after only 2-3 bites of food. I cannot be full because this happens EVERY time I eat and I have hardly eaten in the past 3-4 days. When the food or liquid hits the back of my throat I start to feel the pressure or fullness. I am not vomiting, but it seems like it is not worth it to eat because it is very uncomfortable. This is new to me and a little scary. HELP!!
Cocoabean 430 Posted December 8, 2011 You could have a band slip. Call your surgeon to be evaluated.
alveyk 0 Posted December 8, 2011 Thanks, I don't know what to look for in a band slip. Does it come on pretty sudden?
