It all depends on how fast you loose, how much elasticity you have left in your skin and also the type of exercise you do to help tone. I'm sure if you have a lot of weight to loose there will be some skin sagging, how much depends on the individual person.

I would say that your expectation should be yes, it will. Mine sags from genetic predisposition, two babies and Ehlers Danlos

Syndrome, a disease that reduces your skins' elasticity among other issues. Add in a couple of weight loss efforts and it is not a pretty picture for me. I will probably have to have plastic surgery whether or not ins will pay for it. All the best, don't let that stop you. Clothes hide a lot.

In all liklihood you will be left with an apron of skin, which can be fixed surgically with outstanding results. It my even be medically necessary rather than cosmetic so you might get it covered.
