I am starting my one week pre-op diet today. During the 2 weeks prior I have lost 11 lbs but hope to lose 9 more for a total of 20 before surgery. Hopefully the last week being on just liquids and greens will help! Can anyone give me some pointers - my body or brain - something - is CONVINCED we are starving to death!
