Day 2 is definitely worse than day 1, that's for sure! I am now experiencing the bad gas pains and even with the gas x, it still is pretty bad! I am also much more sore today and I am a weiner when it comes to pain so of course I am thinking " what the hell did i just do?" but I know in a couple days I will be feeling much better!
