SOOO very nervous

i have to get a total unfill in the morning. I'm having hernia surgery on the 14 and drs wants my band unfilled cause I swell so much. It's a good idea but am nervous I will gain. He says once the swellings gone i can get it put back. It's the first time I will have to do it all on my own. I don't think i'll fill like eating much anyway but still nervous about the surgery and me doing it on my own.

think positively. the band was just a tool, youve done the hard work to get this far. go back to liquids and mushies after the diet. keep an old fat pic around for the times you want to eat something you shouldnt. congrats on the lost weight. looks like youre almost at your mini goal.
