Joel 126 Posted November 7, 2011 Any tricks to help curb the hunger!? I have not fualtered once, nor will I:) however it is brutal!! Popsicles seem to really help, no sugar/ low calorie ones. Hello, I just got my band on the 3rd...I am hungry too = ( but you mentioned 18 pounds already? Is it because be only have liquids or are you excersising as well? LB4Me 35 Posted November 7, 2011 Are you on Clear Liquids or full liquids? For full liquids I put cream of mushroom Soup (the good kind, not condensed) in the blender to puree the mushrooms. Then I cooked it with some added broth. It was yummy. Also try mixing a couple spoons of smooth salsa into V-8 and heating it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

BigRush 1 Posted November 7, 2011 If you are only three days out you should be on liquids I imagine... 3 to 4 shakes a day and you can still eat Soups, Jello and so forth. The Protein will curve your hunger. You should be taking in around 80 to 100 grams of protein a day. it has only been 3 days for me./..Nov. 3rd.. how much puree are we allowed?
