CCBSTX 0 Posted February 13, 2006 Thanks for the posting this one! I've been in your "position" off and mostly on since banding. I've never had this problem before. I've used enemas, stool softeners, laxatives, suppositories, and sometimes these barely help!!! I'm working on getting more Fiber. PhotoNut 7 Posted February 13, 2006 I highly recommend Fiber One Cereal. 1/2 Cup in the morning, and another 1/2 Cup in the evening as a snack. This -will- make you regular. It's worked wonders for Dawg and me. I wish I'd have listened to my mother years ago!
