Trip To The ER

Thanks for the posting this one! I've been in your "position" off and mostly on since banding. I've never had this problem before. I've used enemas, stool softeners, laxatives, suppositories, and sometimes these barely help!!! I'm working on getting more Fiber. Like we all know, sometimes getting in the amount of nutrition that we need is difficult.

I highly recommend Fiber One Cereal. 1/2 Cup in the morning, and another 1/2 Cup in the evening as a snack. This -will- make you regular. It's worked wonders for Dawg and me. I wish I'd have listened to my mother years ago! Here's the nutritional info from nutritiondata.com:
