~TRIGLYCERIDES = ↓ 97 points

~LDL (Bad) Cholesterol = ↓ 34 points

~HDL (Good) Cholesterol = ↑ 8 points

~UPPER ARM = ↓ 2.25" each

~CHEST = ↓ 7.5"

~HIPS = ↓ 10.5"

~THIGHS = ↓ 6.0" each

~ABDOMEN = ↓ 7.5"

~TOTAL INCHES LOST (in upper arms, chest, hips, thighs, and abdomen) = 42.0 inches
