Less snacking! Personal Goal for November~Get the Halloween decor down and packed and Christmas decorations sorted and up BEFORE Thanksgiving. I really only lost 1 pound this week because the other 4 was Water retention, but I'm still happy with that! Congratulations it feels amazing doesn't it.
