Name, real or screen: Belle Age: 27 Weight on November 1st: 244 Goal Weight for November 29th: 237 Exercise Goal for November: Finish bootcamp strong: Run a mile in 10 minutes, 40 situps in a minute, 30 pushups in a minute. Get in that extra day: 4 days per week! Dietary Goal for November: Stop the damn snacking! Personal Goal for November: Turn in my 2 weeks notice.
