Dragonwillow 0 Posted February 10, 2006 I think we would all like to be there when Karama comes back to kick him in the arse. So sorry this happened to you. I would have asked to speak to the manager right then and there. (did recently when I had a run in with employess being rude at papa johns) Of course the mgt could be an idiot too...in that case you know you can tell all your friends how bad the service is there and not take your buisness there. Alot of times managers don't think aobut how one person saying...I won't shop here anymore can do to a buisness. The problem is...if one person is saying its likely more than one...and they all have friends...eventually unless they change their tune thats just bad business. Monica S 1 Posted February 10, 2006 I was recently buying snack foods for my hubby and his friends (not for me) at a convenience store. When I was getting into my car I heard the drunk frat boy parked next to me tell his buddy what I was buying and how could a fat chick buy junk food in public. It hurt my feelings, and there was nobody to complain to. I was thinking to myself "I don't even eat this crap! And I just had surgery, you bastard!" But I didn't say anything. Stuff like this hurts more than others really know.
ReneBean 3 Posted February 10, 2006 My favorite response is "gosh, I can always lose weight, but you will be an ASS for life. So sad..." or, if you want to haunt them for days: "Bad Karma's a Bitch, Baby". Then every time anything unpleasant happens to them they can think of that fat chick they insulted at the bar... I just figure that nobody can say anything to me worse than what I have thought about myself. It may be that he was referring to the late thing - but whatever the reference - do talk to the managers or owners of the place. Even a relative will get chastised for that. Trust me, maybe MORE than a "regular employee" would get for the same thing. Dawg - STOP - laughing still hurts... lol - ouch - lol...
