Allisonmscott86 3 Posted October 25, 2011 Is anyone else tired and exhaused like me? I am only on day 2 of my pre of diet and I feel like I have no energy at all. I could seriously fall asleep while writing this post. I have been doing 3 Protein shakes/bars, as well as some cottage cheese, yogurt and salad and Soup.
