What are the noises i hear when I am eating or drinking? Is there anything I can do about it??

I don't make noises when I am eating or drinking, but my stomach has turned the volume to "11" on all crazy stomach noises. My surgeon told me it was normal, if somewhat embarassing! Some days are better than others!

Since my surgery I gurgle, growl, swoosh,grind,whine, and glug.I think it is my stomach's way of getting attention now that I am banded and I don't feed it as much or give it the attention that I used to.
