Hi i was banded on oct 12th and live 400 kilometers from my surgeon.so places like this are very helpfull. im just still a bit sore i think its at cut where fill ports are when did others feal normal!!!!

Congratulations on the surgery. Good luck with your weight loss and new lease on health.

Soreness is good. Some of the cuts did get more work done through them, so they will be sore longer. But, if your feeling good, that's awesome.

Enjoy the healing time, and embrace it.

Be careful if you are excersising, now if the time for healing! You can be running/walking and doing light arms, but don't do crunches, or anything heavy! Good luck, Karen

Water aerobics and water walking should be fine, too.

You basically were on the losing end of a knife fight with your surgeon so you are supposed to be sore! Its normal and as long as you feel even a tiny bit better every day it sounds fine! Good luck youre on the road to a whole new life!
