anyone doing presurgery diet Thanksgiving?

I am scheduled for my lap band surgery on Dec 13th. I will be starting my 2 week pre op diet on Nov 29th. I am teetering at the weight that I started at and was told today that they WILL NOT do the surgery if I gain ANY weight. I am trying to watch but it is very difficult. Thus the reason for the lap band. I am not worried about Thanksgiving but Christmas will be a challange. Especially since I don't have a lot of support at home.

I too will be drinking my Thanksgiving! My surgery is on the 28th of November. I am having a houseful of relatives this year but I am determined this has to be a life changing thing, so might as well get my mind set. Good luck and God Bless!
