Are you kidding me? I feel like the Hindenburg. My book says to walk around and try Gas-X. My question is do you need to swallow the gel cap whole or open it?

They have ones you can chew! Worked wonders for me!

I used Gas X strps did wonders for me too

I find having my back rubbed or patted helps the most plus a heating pad. Good luck this seems to be the most annoying part for me.

Gas-X and walking around seems to do the trick for me. How long does this last? I am 2 days post-op.
