HeatherGurl 0 Posted February 8, 2006 Can someone tell me the nutritional values in it? My cousin claims it doesn't have many carbs, but I would think it does??? THANKS!!!
rosemanl 0 Posted February 8, 2006 Very little carbs. My only sweet treat when i was doing Atkins. If i remember correctly its pure fat. Yum!!!
NJChick 3 Posted February 8, 2006 Yep, I believe its a staple of south beach and Atkins. If your watching carbs use real whipping cream and make your own, its very easy and yummy with 0 carbs.
DeLarla 22 Posted February 8, 2006 That's the only thing I can't find in my book. It's not under Milk or Desserts or even dressings. But STEP AWAY FROM THE COOLWHIP because it's addicting!

kja 0 Posted February 8, 2006 In WW they tell you to take low fat choc graham crackers and fill them with cool whip lite or free and freeze them. They taste like ice cream sandwiches. I have tried it and they are good but Ice cream sandwiches they are not. I could eat them instead of Ice cream sandwiches and feel like I had something special. Marimaru 7 Posted February 8, 2006 Well, it's only 2g of carbs per serving... but it's also only 25 calories... so, the percentage of carbs in a serving is high I think, lol. But yes, I've had pure coolwhip as a desert on a number of occassions. French vanilla is yummy, lol.
DeLarla 22 Posted February 8, 2006 You just can't go wrong with the stuff. Fat free, sugar free, vanilla, regular. Hell, I ain't picky when it comes to Coolwhip!
