Just a note so you know: Being overweight causes your Hormones to go out of wack... That's why a lot of people say I'm Depressed....

When you lose a good portion of the weight, that will go away, unless you have a different condition, that needs medication. You will find that out when you have lost weight...

Just a note to help understand the confusion, and depression.
