can u see your port?

I wasn't asking for vanity concerns, just curious how many could. My sister also has the band and I can feel hers when I put my hand over it, but can't see it or feel it like with a hug or anything. I warned hubby it is a possibility especially w the way I carry weight and he is cool with it because he knows it is to help me. I think I can feel mine now that some swelling has gone down but will ask my Dr at my postop appt if that is what I am feeling.

My port mega stuck out. I had it moved under my muscle and now my doc even has trouble finding it....

You can see mine easily. Before my Tummy Tuck and switch to a low profile port it looked ridiculous and if I didn't wear a thick sweater you could see it through my clothing. I haven't lost more weight but I am in slightly better shape, and now it's sticking out again. My surgery days are officially over, but I guess low profile wasn't low profile enough! Small price to pay!
