P.chan 0 Posted October 14, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today I was doing yoga with my students at work and I had a pain in my left side of my stomach every time I stretch. I had the same pain when I was trying yoga on Wednesday with them. I'm 3 weeks post surgery. is it too early to be stretching my stuff? Is that supposed to happen? screeden 21 Posted October 14, 2011 yeah, i think yoga and high impact aerobics are too much at 3 weeks post op. my doctor says walking is good for the first 4 weeks. then after that, add more exercise in depending on how you feel. everyone heals differently, but i think yoga might be a bit much for now. i waited 2 months before i started doing yoga again.
