I am having something really strange happen. I have been having chest and upper back pain, specially around my left shoulder blade and right front side chest pain. I notice it only after I am done eating or drinking something. After digestion process is over I notice it goes away, can this be due to my lapband?

Yes it could be. You may be eating too fast or the band could be putting pressure on one of the nerves.
