Surgery is booked (SWLC)...feeling completely overwhelmed!

I've been reading the forums and blogs for months and finally decided to do it!

I booked my surgery today with Dr. Cobourn at SWLC in Mississauga. After getting my introductory package with all of the forms to fill out and instructions to read I am feeling completely overwhelmed!

I know I'm doing the right thing but am freaking out!

The forms are easy peasy. There are just a lot of papers to go through. You can do it!!! When is your surgery date???

My sugery date is Nov. 11th...so many forms to fill out, Dr's apt's to book, shakes to order, info to read, LOL it feels like a fulltime job!

Dr Coburn is awesome and you're in good hands. Take a deep breath and dive it...it's a short swim to the other side. Congrats!

Congratulations on your date. I am scheduled for November the 10h @ 9:30. I know the feeling of being overwhelmed because I feel the same way it seems like alot. Have you tried wal-mart for your Protein Shakes they are pretty reasonable. Good luck.
