She's falling down fast on the New Posts List and I don't want you guys to miss it! Sabine, from Germany, is part of clinical trials for a new band (in Germany) that gives fills by remote control...how cool is that?!!!

Okay, so I understand this remote control thing a bit better...she doesn't have a balloon for filling with saline, her band adjusts mechanically by 1mm incrememnts. Her band could be from 18mm to 30mm...something like that. Still cool, and no needles!
