In order for insurance to cover, I have to undergo a Drs weight management for 6 months. I see my Dr. this week and have made all my appointments for the next six months. I am excited about getting this all behind and getting on with the surgery. In the meantime, I am reading everything I can about the lapband surgery pre and post op. I went to a seminar in April and thought, like we all do, I do not need this I can lose weight on my own. WRONG! So, now I feel I lost six months, but looking forward, not backwards.
