Colee85 1 Posted October 12, 2011 I'm in the same boat as everyone else! Glad to see I'm not the only one who's feeling discouraged. I was banded in July and the weight was falling off...and now...my stomach is poking back out. I no longer have that "thin" feeling when I wake up in the morning. Although my workouts have stopped (currently commuting 4 hrs each day for work) I know that to get the scale moving I must move more, and not rely just on eating the right things. I didn't go get a second fill yet, because I was scared to step on the scale and it tell me I gained! I hope everyone finds encouragement! We can do this!
