Third day of pre op diet and Im really doing okay

I start my pre-op on October 11th although my diet does seem too extreme I'm really looking forward to how it is going to go for me. I just have ten days on the diet two of them at the end just being the liquid diet.< /p>

with God on our side we will make it. he will give us the strength to do anything on day at a time

You will do okay. I lost 19lbs on the preop and now I am on the post diet. It will be okay before you know it and you will look back and amazment on how you did.
