mauraclegg 29 Posted October 6, 2011 I had a single incision, great results. Got my first fill after about 45 days. Had restriction from the beginning even before fills. Idk how much I have in my band, but have had like 4 fills. Lost 100 lbs, went from a 22 to a 12, a 44F to a 36DD, and recently had my Tummy Tuck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Is there really a change in your eating habit? Hi!! I had my surgery on 8/22 and had my first fill on 10/3 (6 weeks after surgery). I was told by my doctor that my stomach had to completely heal before a fill which she feels is 6 weeks. I know all doctors are different. It didn't hurt at all, just a pinch of the needle. I received 2 cc's and I have a 10cc band. I was told that 2 cc's is pretty standard but again, each doctor is different. I go back again in 4 weeks for another fill (if needed). I feel no different right now though I was told it could take a few fills before I feel restirction. My eating habit's haven't changed since my fill but naturally they did after my surgery.
