JanB23 23 Posted October 6, 2011 Travelling to Hawaii from Australia for 2 weeks at Christmas - do i need to pay the extra travel insurance to have my band covered. elcee 3,342 Posted October 6, 2011 Always better to be safe than sorry. Especially as healthcare in the USA is so expensive.
