Well in November we sent in a year of docter supervised weight loss program and a phyc evaluation.If you will remember the ONLY reason Amanda was turned down was only because she had not turned 18 till Dec 24th. So On Jan 4th it was sent again and it got LOST. Sent again and got turned down because she had no phyc evaluation and doctors supervised weight loss program. Can you say RUN A ROUND. So surgery Spring break is probably not going to happen.This will be my third appeal and we may not apply again for twelve months.:faint: I will be filing a IRO if she gets turned down again. I was told 95% of IRO's get approved and the insurance company recieves a heafty fine if they are found to have turned down for stupid reasons. Like not seeing something that is right in front of you.
