duckapuss 0 Posted October 3, 2011 Hi There. I have been a member of the forum for about a month, but have yet to post. I had my surgery on September 25th 2011, and am still recuperating. I am waiting to float away like a balloon from all this bloating and gas pain - at least that would make things a little more interesting! Laura

transforming jlaroux 78 Posted October 3, 2011 just be gentle on yourself. You're tummy needs time to heal. walk, walk, walk! It helps with the gas, I promise! just follow your doctors orders and be patient. you can do it! And feel free to post, we've all been there! waynef 25 Posted October 3, 2011 The majority of people gain a few pounds before there first fill, its ok. You will be hungry just like before and be able to eat like before until you get a fill or two, dont sweat it, everything will be fine.
