nu2ywg 4 Posted October 8, 2011 JulieG, gained one pound, now 206. I did great on my exercise goal, made it to the gym 5 times (goal was 4). It was the first week with my husband out of town training for his new career and I think I did reasonably well I guess. Single parenting is hard. But I'm doing okay. Hopefully next week will be better on the weight loss front. It's Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada so that will present some challenges as we are going to be at my in-laws for the big feast. I have done well with some of my goals: walking, limiting ice cream and I did go to the movies once already. I didn't go to the gym at all this past week. Personal Goal for October~ get the closets clean!!! I didn't do it last month. Date Banded~ 6/20/11 Total Weight Loss Since Banding~ 62 lbs Checking in at 279.4. pugsx3 39 Posted October 8, 2011 Well I'm still at 272. I think I should revise my goal if possible and change it to 262. I was being too aggressive just coming off of liquids thinking I could continue as I have been. It's not realistic to think I'll lose more than 2-3 lbs a week.
