I am trying hard to focus on making the right decisions to "practice" for when I have the band. I am practicing chewing, eating slower, and listening to my tummy to see if I am hungry or just wanting to munch. Total Weight Loss Since Banding~ N/A - I have lost 6 pounds since booking my surgery. larrypdot 20 Posted October 1, 2011 At the end of last months challenge I was down to 256 and dropped another pound and a half on Friday morning. I weighed myself before bed and was back to 260. How can I gain over 5 pounds in one day and eat the same amount. It's like my body goes "Hey its the weekend and we know he is going to cheat lets just go ahead and put on the weight now and we won't have to worry about it later. Okay, enough whining on to the challenge. Name, real or screen~ Larry Age~ Let's just say I can get the senior discount when I go to the movies. I eat between 600 and 800 calories a day and less than 45 grams of carbs (usually sometimes it is higher, but never more than 75). I admit I don't exercise like I should, but that is one of my goals. Also, I don't snack and I don't usually eat slider foods. I have been at a stand still for 2 weeks so hopefully walking will help with that! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
