No mindless munching Personal Goal for October~ Focus on being satisfied - listen to my stomach not my brain. Date Banded~ Not banded yet (I hope I can still play) Surgery date is Nov 30th. I am trying hard to focus on making the right decisions to "practice" for when I have the band. I am practicing chewing, eating slower, and listening to my tummy to see if I am hungry or just wanting to munch. Total Weight Loss Since Banding~ N/A - I have lost 6 pounds since booking my surgery.
