RosyG72 1 Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, i had mine on the 20th and honestly, besides an emotional breakdown here and there it hasnt been that bad. Im still home but on the positive side ive lost 30 pounds
Corrigan 75 Posted September 28, 2011 The deaths in California all happened in one organization. Your doctor has performed surgery on 19 people on this forum and I haven't heard one complaint. Lapband surgery, done by a competent surgeon is probably the safest WLS there is. Follow your doctor's instructions and allow yourself time to heal and you're going to be just fine. Any questions, just ask.

Dont get me wrong. Im hungry, I have no fill yet so its about the decisions that i make.
kimike 0 Posted September 29, 2011 Rosy, hope you don't mind me asking.. Were you on liquids for a long time? I've been told to take advantage of my honeymoon period and would appreciate some guidance.

Traxxgirl 0 Posted September 30, 2011 Congratulations. Now get up and walk and don't forget to drink. Best of Luck. Thank you! I have been making sure to walk every hour, sometimes more than that, it really helps with the shoulder pain. The Water is a must as my mouth is so dry, did you have a salty kind of taste in your mouth after surgery? I am hoping it will go away but am not sure what is the cause of it? Thank you for your encouraging words also!
