Day 3 post op. Other than the gas I was having a good day. Then I started having a coughing fit. Sorry to be gross but i coughed up this huge chunk of yellow mucus. I am still coughing off and on. I was drinking broth when i coughed. Could that explain the yellow color? I have not been good about remembering to take deep breaths. Should i be worried? I googled it and it said pnemonia could start this way. Am i being paranoid? My husband says i need to chill and take my deep breaths. Help?!

I tend to be a total worrier also, but I'm not sure you can ever be to careful, especially right after surgery. Does your insurance card have a nurse helpline you can call? I have one and find it really helpful. Otherwise just call your surgeons office, they always have a doc on call that will get back with you.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
