bromo 17 Posted September 23, 2011 I am a side sleeper and physically cannot sleep on my back to to lumbar problems. I have been sleeping in the recliner since 9/14 because it is too painful to sleep on my sides yet. Hopefully soon, as I sure miss my bed. You may have better luck, though. banded_princess 0 Posted October 3, 2011 I have read in many places that we have to sleep on our backs till it heals, as in for a week or so, but i havent had mine yet so i cant say from experience! I am a strictly stomach sleeper! no matter what position i fall asleep in, i wake up almost everyday on my tummy! is this going to be an issue?! i almost can NEVER fall asleep lying on my back! it feels so WEIRD!
