If you can define "sys configs" I might take you up on your offer. Maybe.

System configuration. There's a way to change the default browser configuration to make it perform better than it does on standard install. Most of the changes are focused on making things load faster, for many people it has made a difference of 5x - 6x faster, just with browser settings.
