Has anyone tried "Body By Vi" shakes? I am hearing great things about them. I have a friend who is a 2'nd year medical student and she just started taking them. Just wondering if any of you have tried them? I placed an order today....I hope it is something I like because I can't seem to get enough Protein and hate everything else I have tried.

I've never tried them, but my mom does them and she loves them. I hope they work out for you!

They were a bit to sweet for my taste. I usually mixed instant coffee in them to tone dwn the sweetness. It tastes just like cake batter

gotten me back on track!!! I just finished a coffee, chocolate, caramel shake.. I love it. So many options and so many recipes.. I get my shakes for free.. I am a 2 year out bander and fell off wagon eatting nothing but sugar.. this has curved my cravings of sugar.. and hopfully will help with these last 40 pounds.. My input I am in.. and the support and friends I have made.. lose weight,,have parties.. get healthy.. I'm all about it. Let me know what you doctor says because it has been nothing but good for me. I researched it and everything I could not find anything negative about it. I even found a bias dietician online write an article raving about the new shake. My gym is doing a body by vi challenge that started about 2 months ago. I haven't tried it. I just couldn't see paying thr price. But...

Did someone say tastes like cake batter? :0) Sounds yummy to me! :0)
