I eat usually 1200 to 1500 calories per day but some time it goes decrease in working days....

Anywhere from 600 to 1100. Average probably about 900. I have found myfitnesspal is an easy way to help keep track of the calories and my excersing. Makes me accountable and informed.

I eat anywhere from 900-1200 a day. I don't really count my calories though. I just don't eat carbs and make sure I get about 90gm of Protein a day. That works for me. Good luck!

Probably 800 - 1000. I dont count and I just focus on Protein. I dont exercise other than a few walks of the dog and I surely dont diet!
