I am wondering how long I will have to wait before I can bowl again. I bowl on a league and I am only hoping to miss a few weeks

I went bowling about 4 weeks after my surgery and didn't have any problems. You know, it's all about listening to your body and if you feel like you're pushing it to hard then you should stop.
