I don;t think that the sores are considered a comorbidity. I qualified on one comorbidity, high blood pressure, with a BMI of 45.

My next door neighbor is 65 and had hers covered by medicare. I think she paid $400 out of pocket. She said that the doctor didn't expect them to cover it, but it did.

Medicaid covered my panni removal, but I had to pay for the muscle tightening involved in the Tummy Tuck. This reduced my cost because medicaid covered the anesthesia and hosptial stay.
