warriorprincess1 0 Posted September 2, 2011 I was banded this morning and back to day surgery room by 10am. Sipping Water very slowly. Gas is very minimal and dissapates when I walk/move my arms. Do need the pain meds at times and they really help. No food until noon tomorrow. Probably greek yogurt as pureered eggs just does not sit will with me. Maybe that will change. Still pretty weak. Walked through grocery story with hubby and was a bit too much. First step over.

cat_texan 13 Posted September 3, 2011 Thank you Catherine! My big challenge right now is getting enough Protein when i am suppose to eat one tiny bit every 2 min. and stop with in 45 min. any suggestions. Thanks. I have a lot of trouble getting my Protein and my Water, so I am probably not the best one to ask . Although, since I have been on mushies this week it has gotten so much easier. carymom 4 Posted September 4, 2011 Best of luck to you! I think we had the same doctor band us. I am doing well, and I know you will, too. Just follow the rules and enjoy the journey.
