2 eggs and I put 3 really thin slices of ham on each and sprinkle it with shredded cheese. 30 g of Protein 315 cal. I only have 2 cc in a 10 cc band so I'm still able to eat quite a bit yall lol don't think Omg 2 eggs and ham?!?! Haha. Go in for my next fill on the 8th!

Sounds good to me. Good Protein and low carb. Can't beat that.
