How do I turn off the email notification that every time someone posts I get an email alert on my computer? Thanks

• Go to your profile
• Click edit profile (top right)
• click on settings tab (top left)
• click notification options (2nd from bottom)
• in Watch every topic I reply to choose no notification from drop down box
