TrimSpa baby!

Recommended Posts

Who else took this stuff? Did you have any luck? I had it with and without ephedra. The ones with ephedra were huge, tasted really bad, and gave me the tremors. I remember driving all over the place looking for them because they'd been pulled off the shelves at GNC. The ones without ephedra did nothing. I gave them both up because at the time I was dead broke and at 6 pills a day and $40 a bottle, it really added up. Plus neither of them worked.

What's the consensus on Anna Nicole Smith? She has an absolutely rockin' bod. It seems like she lost the weight very quickly, but she doesn't look like she had GB.

:faint: I think Anna Nicole Smith is hooked on drugs.

She looks and acts like a typical meth addict that is tweekin! She also has probaly had a LOT plastic surgery her stomach is to FLAT at this point.

I really do not understand the need to take anything like this after being lap-banded. I threw that shit away and quit worrying about all that and just do what the doctor says.

Thanks,

Shannon:confused:

TrimSpa, my #@%! I trhink Shannon is right, she acts like a meth addict! Got to love that speed...whatever!

Off-Topic:

I promise that if I ever lose this weight I will volunteer to be the Lap-Band spokesmodel. That's quite a concession since only a very limited number of people know I've had surgery! That's also quite a big IF because the scale isn't moving. But I can look in the mirror and KNOW I'm beautiful, I just need to get this weight off so the rest of the world can see it too.

The main ingredient in Trim-spa is "hoodia" so I ordered stratight hoodia over the internet. It is crap. No results.

I do not believe that woman lost weight with it. I would say GB AND speed.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
